With funding from Fingal County Council, the floors in the centre’s three main rooms and offices were recently refurbished.
The public consultation will run until 12 May 2022, with Fingal County Council encouraging citizens, businesses and community groups to view the plan and make submissions.
The service allows people to report anything drug-related in their communities or arrange to speak to the Drugs Unit Balbriggan.
Free events include photography exhibitions, tea-and-coffee mornings (LGBTea) and question-and-answer information sessions.
